Educational Technology/Software

Today's student has an adundance of technological softwares to enhance their educational progress.

1.Drill and Practice softwares: This webpage provide an array of math practice drill.
Lesson Plan: During leisure time each student will use the drill and practice website to mprove their simple math skill.

2.stimulation (Instructional; Games): Students will be in a group of four and create eight questions pertaining to the Social Study unit on North America

  1. Doris, you provided some great sites on instructional software. Students have so many great tools to enhance their learning. It is our responsibility as teachers to guide them and make the learning process easier because instructional software may become difficult for some students to follow.

      We do need to provide all instructional materials to bring the instruction across. Teaching is about addressing all the learning styles in the classroom. Doris

  2. All of the websites that you provided were very good. I especially like the edu4kids. I used my money counting skills to drill myself. I will visit this site again along with my son. The money count feature can be used to assist students to learn how to count money and receive immediate feedback.

      Thanks for the comment. edu4kids was a wesite that I read about from ahandbook give in nefw teachers in one the local districts. I happened to have been on the computer at the same time that book was next to me and I looked through the pages and it was magic ever since.
